1. Exchange Period
   Exchanges are accepted within 3-7 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
2. Condition of Items
   Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
   All original tags and packaging must be intact and included.
3. Size Exchanges
   Size exchanges are free of charge to ensure you find your perfect fit.
4. Credit Note Policy
   If your preferred product or size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note for the product value.
   This credit note is valid for one year, giving you the freedom to shop with us again at your convenience.
5. Courier Charges
   A nominal fee of ₹100 will be charged to cover return courier expenses for all exchanges.
6. Important Note
   We do not process refunds in any form; however, the credit note ensures flexibility in your future shopping experience with us.
